Can I get a Refund if I am unhappy with my Purchase?

We don't offer refunds for the premium subscription once you've purchased it, because you have upgraded to a premium account after being satisfied with the free one, indicating that you liked our tool.
Also, if the user has used the queries from the premium version, a refund cannot be provided.

If I purchase twice, do I receive a refund?

Yes, one of your two purchases will be refunded if you purchase a same plan twice. However, any weekly Package is not covered in the refund policy.

Can a Refund be issued for a Repeating charge?

You have the option to choose automatic or manual renewal at checkout when you make a purchase. Your subscription will be paid again after the decided expiration date if you select automatic renewal at the checkout. A refund cannot be provided once a renewal charge is processed. However, we can cancel the automatic charge for your next bill.

Is there a refund if I buy during the sale?

We are sorry, but we are unable to provide a refund for the discounted item. We can, however, stop the automatic renewal process if you choose so.

 

Can I get a Refund if the premium version isn’t functioning properly? 

Errors are uncommon in our Premium Tools. In the event that this occurs, we will be unable to issue a refund in accordance with company policy because the Tool will be fixed shortly.

In any case, if your search queries are consumed without giving any results, we will be happy to add the queries back to your account, or if the service is unavailable for longer than a day, we will allow you access of the days when the tools wasn’t working.
